摘　　要：中国共产党作为执政党,在社会治理中要充分发挥总揽全局、协调各方的领导核心作用,其在社会治理中的功能主要可以概括为进行社会预测、搞好顶层设计、加强社会整合、指导社会教化、提供社会服务、参与全球治理等六个方面,六个方面的功能,体现了社会治理规律与共产党执政规律的统一。The Communist Party of China as the ruling party plays the core leading role in social governance fully. Its function in social governance includes six aspects： prejudging social trends, improving top-level de- sign,strengthening social education, providing social service, participating global governance. These six aspects reflect the unity of social governance and the ruling law of the C.P.C.
