摘  要:为更加精确可靠地测量作物凋萎系数提供技术手段和理论参考,基于受旱叶片自由水量变化确定甘蔗发生永久性萎蔫的方法,选择ROC22号为参试品种,在苗期、分蘖期、伸长期、成熟期进行干旱处理,分别胁迫至α(叶片初始萎蔫)、β(叶片全部变萎蔫)、θ(自由水量降到最低值且不再变化)开始灌溉,观察复水后蔗叶自由水量的恢复情况。结果发现,1灌水后各生育期α、β自由水量均有不同程度的回升,蔗叶也逐渐转绿;2θ自由水量基本保持不变,且叶片没有复绿的迹象。干旱胁迫下自由水量降到最低值后叶片发生永久性萎蔫,此时所对应的土壤含水率可作为甘蔗凋萎系数的近似值。ROC22号在苗期、分蘖期、伸长期、成熟期的凋萎系数分别约为5.89%、4.63%、2.49%、6.46%。The method of determining the permanent wilting of sugarcane based on the change of free water content of drought leaf was studied to provide technical means and the oretical reference for measuring crop wilting coefficient more accurately and reliably.ROC22 was selected as tested variety,and drought stress was set in the seedling,tillering,elongation,mature periods.Irrigation started when sugarcane was stressed toα(leaf initial wilting),β(leaf all wilting),θ(free water content down to the lowest value and no longer change).Then the recovery condition of leaf free water content was observed.The results showed that,1The free water contents ofαandβboth had different degrees of recovery after irrigation in each growth period,and sugarcane leaves also gradually turned green;2The free water content ofθbasically remained unchanged,and sugarcane leaves had no sign of turning green.It was clear that the leaf permanent wilting would happen after free water content decreasing to the lowest value under drought stress.At that time,the soil moisture could be used as the approximate value of sugarcane wilting coefficient.The wilting coefficients of ROC22 were approximately 5.89%,4.63%,2.49%,6.46%in the seedling,tillering,elongation,mature periods.
