摘　　要：本文对西方社会民主主义的起源、传统做了分析 ,并对第三条道路产生的背景以及它对传统的社会民主主义的继承与修正之处进行了对比分析。作者认为 :第三条道路是全球化条件下社会民主主义的新发展 ,它一方面继承了社会民主主义重视社会民主的传统 ,另一方面又力图修正传统的社会民主主义的消极面 ;也力求把市场的动力与社会公正结合起来 ,为 80年代以来西方新保守主义下产生的社会矛盾寻找对策。This paper sets out the origin and tradition of the west social democracy and also makes comparative studies on the background of the emergence of the third way,its revision and inherit towards the traditional social democracy. Based on that, the author argues the third way is the new development of social democracy under the circumstance of the globalization, it inherits the traditions of social democracy, and also it seeks to revise the negative impacts of traditional social democracy. The author points out that we could find the solution to the social contradiction resulted from new conservatism since the 1980s by combining market dynamics with social justice.
