摘　　要：[目的]为了掌握产后云岭母牛最佳诱导发情时间,以到达缩短产犊间隔,提高母牛繁殖效率的目的。[方法]采用CUE-MATE+PG法分别对产犊后4个不同时间阶段的带犊母牛进行了诱导发情试验。[结果]结果表明,随着产后时间的增加,产后母牛子宫复旧和卵巢机能逐渐恢复,诱导发情效果更明显。[结论]试验结果表明,对带犊云岭母牛在产后45d左右用CUE-MATE+PG法诱导发情能取得满意效果。【Objective】The paper was to learn the optimal time for postpartum Yunling cows＇ estrus induction,to shorten calving interval and to improve reproductive efficiency in Yunling cows.【Method】The experiment was conducted by using nursing Yunling cows at 4different stages of postnatal intervals with CUE-MATE＋PG method of estrus induction.【Result】The experiment results showed that uterine involution and ovarian function of postnatal cows were gradually recovering,and the effect of cows estrus induction was significant with postnatal interval increasing.【Conclusion】The results showed that nursing Yunling cows were treated by CUE-MATE＋PG method after 45 days of calving could get satisfactory estrus induction effect.
