摘　　要：提出了一种基于视讯技术的变电站智能巡检系统,包括接口层、服务层、应用层,并对系统架构及其功能进行了详细介绍。该系统不仅实现了视讯技术与变电站巡检技术的高效结合,通过联动控制,真正实现了变电站的智能监控;还实现了变电站分散辅助巡检系统的集成联动,提高了变电站的管理水平和运行质量,真正实现了变电站的无人或者少人值守。An intelligent inspection system for substations based on video communication is designed.The system includes an interface layer,a service layer and an application layer.The system architecture and functions are described in detail.The system combines video communication with substation intelligent inspection techniques to realize intelligent monitoring and control by linkage control.It realizes integrated linkage of decentralized inspection of substations,and improves managerial and operational quality.The system can realize unmanned operation or reduce workforce traditionally required in substations.
