摘  要:餐厨垃圾是我国生活垃圾的主要成分,分离处理既可解决生活垃圾处理量大、含水率高等问题,又可提高其内含有机物资源化效率。针对校园餐厨垃圾产量大、产生时间集中、组分相对单一的特性,在比较现有餐厨垃圾处理技术基础上,认为集中规模化处置,如堆肥和厌氧消化等,是校园餐厨垃圾处理的可行方法。厌氧消化产沼发电可对接可持续发展校园的建设,但需要注意沼气贮气罐的安全问题;就地堆肥则需要注意脱盐和脱水,特别要外接良好的堆肥市场。为保证餐厨垃圾后续处理工艺的正常运行,破碎、脱水和脱油是必要的预处理单元,其中热干燥-压滤脱水脱油可满足处理需求。Food waste is a major part of domestic garbage.Source separation of food waste can reduce difficulties in huge workload and high moisture in the treatment of domestic garbage,and improve reusability of organic resources.We review current techniques of food waste treatment for unique characteristics of high output,concentrated production and simple component of campus food waste.We believe that centralized large-scale treatment is a suitable method for campus food waste reuse such as anaerobic digestion and aerobic composting.Anaerobic digestion can generate biogas and power to help sustainable development of campus despite that safety of biogas tank needs to be considered.The dewatering and desalting process should be performed in local composting.To treat campus food waste,three pre-processing units,grind,dewatering,and deoiling,are necessary.
