摘  要:学科服务的重要职责之一是培养高校图书馆读者的文献检索能力。但是不同于教与学的文献检索课,本文以学科服务的视角探讨高校图书馆读者文献检索技能的培养模式,借助于3个典型案例探索了面向专业课程需求群体、毕业论文需求群体和科研需求群体所采取的分层次培养文献检索技能的模式。为在学科服务中如何高效率地培养读者的文献检索技能提供了可借鉴的真实案例,并从效果调研和案例分析中探索今后的发展方向。Training readers' ability of literature retrieval is one of the important duties of subject service in academic libraries. Differing from the literature retrieval course,this paper discussed the ways of training literature retrieval ability,from the perspective of subject service. Hierarchy training of literature retrieval ability was demonstrated through three typical cases facing different need groups including major courses learning,graduation thesis and scientific research. Guiding to literature retrieval was embedded in major courses,scientific research topics and postgraduate cultivation. A new way was offered for the cultivation of the literature retrieval ability,and referential cases were provided for the subject librarians as well. Then the future direction of subject service was explored.
