摘  要:提出一种基于无调节直流母线变换器概念的高频隔离型(HFT)光伏(PV)逆变器模块结构,该模块可任意并联输出或串联输出,以满足不同类型光伏逆变器并网发电的需求,无需工频变压器。同时给出一种结合LLC谐振直流变换器和双降压全桥逆变器的高频隔离型光伏逆变器,该模块具备高效、可靠、高功率密度等优点。LLC谐振变换器可保证逆变侧零电压开通(ZVS)及整流侧零电流关断(ZCS),保证高功率密度隔离,同时具备较高效率;双降压全桥式逆变器采用双正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)策略可解决过零点畸变问题,同时该逆变器可采用硬开关MOSFET,在拥有较高开关频率的同时具有较低的开关及导通损耗。最后搭建HFT双降压式光伏逆变器模块实验系统来验证所提结构的正确性和有效性。High-frequency-transformer(HFT) photovoltaic (PV) inverter module based on unregulated DC-bus converter concept is proposed,which can be easily integrated with output in parallel or in series to satisfy different type PV inverters' requirements without the line-frequency transformer.The HFT PV inverter combining the LLC resonant converter and dual-buck full-bridge inverter is proposed, which has the advantages of high efficiency while maintaining high power density.The LLC resonant converter can achieve zero voltage switching(ZVS) for the inverter side and zero current switching(ZCS) for the rectifier side that ensure high power density with isolation and high efficiency.Dual-Buck full-bridge inverter uses dual-sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) scheme which can solve zero crossing distortion problem and uses the hard-switching MOSFET that minimize the conduction losses while maintaining high switching frequency.Finally, a module is built to verify the validity and performance of the proposed architecture.
