胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胺碘酮治疗老年室性心律失常的临床疗效,进一步为临床用药提供参考依据。方法选取该院2011年11月至2013年5月收治的60岁以上室性心律失常患者84例作为研究对象,按不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组(44例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予常规综合方法治疗,观察组在常规综合方法基础上给予口服胺碘酮治疗。观察两组患者用药后室性心律失常改善情况,对比分析其临床疗效及心率和血压情况。结果观察组总有效率、用药后48 h心律恢复率[均为82.50%(33/40))]明显优于对照组[均为65.91%(29/44)],住院时间、监护时间[分别为(9.87±2.56)、(1.82±1.21)d]明显短于对照组[分别为(15.22±3.67)、(2.46±1.55)d],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而血压影响情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮用于治疗老年室性心律失常可改善患者心律失常症状,临床效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with ventric-ular arrhythmia to provide reference for further clinical medication. Methods A total of 84 cases of ventricular arrhythmia aged60 years old in our hospital from November 2011 to May 2013 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group（44 cases） and observation group（40 cases）. The control group was given the conventional comprehensive therapy,while on this basis the observation group was treated with oral amiodarone. The improvement situation of ventricular arrhythmia after treat-ment was observed in the two groups for contrastively analyzing their clinical effect,and the situation of heart rate and blood pressure. Results The total effective rate and the recovery rate at 48 h after medication in the observation group all were 82.50%（33/40）,which in the control group was 65.91%（29/44）,indicating that the observation group was significantly superior to the control group,the hospital stay and monitoring time in the observation group were（9.87±2.56）d and（1.82±1.21）d respectively,which were significantly shorter than（15.22±3.67）d and（2.46±1.55）d in the control group,and the differences had statistical sig nificance（P〈0.05）,but in the comparison of the blood pressure, the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone can improve the arrhythmia symptoms with better clinical effect in the treatment of se-nile ventricular arrhythmia.
