摘　　要：对于近代内蒙古朝鲜族近代史,内蒙古方面不能说不重视,只是内蒙古朝鲜族研究会方面虽然有内蒙古朝鲜族的专著和内蒙古师范大学有讨论日伪时期内蒙古东部地区朝鲜移民的硕士论文等,对于民国成立以来朝鲜人入植东部内蒙古的历史,我们仍然所知不多。在此主要利用1945年美军在东京劫收的日本驻郑家屯、赤峰、满洲里、海拉尔领事馆等现在已经公布的当时属于秘密的档案缩微胶卷,配合伪满洲国等史料,首次更多内容地补充勾勒出1919-1941年东部内蒙古的朝鲜移民大致情况;并且特别指出,一部民国年间内蒙古水稻田种植史,就是朝鲜人溯西辽河之源节节而上开垦水稻田史。还讨论了中朝韩方面不大了解的1934年日本侵略军调查朝鲜独立运动领导人在东部内蒙古林东活动的珍贵油印史料。Inner Mongolia attaches great importance to the study of modern history of Korean nationality in modern Inner Mongolia.Inner Mongolia Korean Research Association has some monographs on it and Inner Mongolia Normal University has some MA thesis discussing the Korean in eastern Mongolia during the Period of Japanese Puppet Regime.We still know a little about Korean people＇s planting history in east Mongolia from the establishment of Republic of China.Making use of the publicized microfilms based on the archives in Japanese consulates in places like Zhengjiatun,Chifeng,Manzhouli,Haila＇er,which were confidential when confiscated by the American military in Tokyo and the historical data of the puppet Machuria regime,we are able to depict for the first time the general pattern of the Korean migration in east Inner Mongolia between 1919 and 1941.It is pointed out that the plantation history of rice during the Republic of China is the history of Korean people following the West Liao River up for paddy plantation.The paper also discusses the watercolor historic materials which reveal how Japanese invading army investigated into the Korean independence movement leaders＇ activities in Lingdong in Inner Mongolia in 1934,which was not known by China,the Republic of Korea and North Korea.
