摘 要:为研究宁夏枸杞种植地土壤养分与土壤微生物及土壤酶对CO2浓度倍增的响应,测定倍增CO2浓度[(720±20)μmol/mol]和自然环境大气CO2浓度[(360±20)μmol/mol,对照]条件下宁夏枸杞种植地土壤养分含量和土壤微生物量、土壤酶活性等指标,并进行分析。结果表明:CO2浓度倍增处理下,第1个生长周期内,土壤pH及土壤养分含量与对照没有显著差异;第2个生长周期结束时,全氮和全磷含量极显著增加,但pH及其他养分含量没有显著变化。土壤微生物和土壤酶活性在第2生长周期结束时测定,与对照相比,CO2浓度倍增处理的土壤细菌、放线菌数量极显著减少,真菌数量有增加趋势;土壤脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性显著降低,过氧化氢酶活性显著升高。本试验中CO2浓度倍增条件下土壤微生物和几种土壤酶活性与多数研究者的结果存在一定出入,这可能与植物品种以及CO2浓度倍增处理时间长短不同所致。To study Lycium barbarum-cultivated soil nutrient,soil microorganism and soil enzymes in response to doubled CO2 concentration, CO2 concentration is controlled at two levels: doubled CO2 concentration [( 720± 20)μmol /mol]and atmospheric CO2 concentration [( 360±20) μmol / mol,control]. With CO2 concentration doubling,soil p H and soil nutrient contents showed no significant difference in the first year; however,total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents were significantly increased at the end of the second growth cycle. Detection of soil microorganism and soil enzymes activities at the end of the second growth cycle showed that doubled CO2 concentration decreased the quantities of soil bacteria and actinomycetes but drove up the number of fungi. Soil urease,sucrase and phosphatase activity were lowered,however,soil catalase was increased in CO2 concentration doubled treatment. The time duration of CO2 concentration doubling might have contributed to the discrepancies of soil microorganisms and soil enzymes activities in this study and other researchers' results.
