摘　　要：对数中频放大器是船用导航雷达接收系统的核心组成部分,其性能优劣直接关系导航雷达接收系统的动态范围和对小目标的探测能力。本文介绍了一款全新设计对数中频放大器,其灵敏度高达-96 d Bm,输入1 d B压缩点为-8 d Bm,噪声系数为1.2 d B,同时针对不同的发射脉宽,具有3种巴特沃兹带通滤波器选择功能。The logarithmic intermediate frequency （IF） amplifier, the performance of which greatly affects the dynamic range and small target detection capability of the receiver system of the marine navigation radar, is a key component of the radar receiver system. A new logarithmic IF amplifier is designed with the sensitivity up to -96 dBm, the input 1 dB compression point of -8 dBm, and the NF of 1.2 dB. At the same time, the logarithmic IF amplifier has three different Butterworth band-pass filters designed for various transmitting pulse widths.
