中医补气活血法在冠心病心肌缺血治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察中医补气活血法在冠心病心肌缺血治疗中的应用效果。方法收集2013年7月—2015年2月在湖南中医药大学第一附属医院确诊的冠心病心肌缺血患者115例,采取随机抽样法分为对照组54例和观察组61例。对照组患者采用西医常规治疗,观察组患者采用中医补气活血法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后ST段下降次数和ST段持续下降时间,判定两组患者临床疗效并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前ST段下降次数和ST段持续下降时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后ST段下降次数少于对照组,ST段持续下降时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论中医补气活血法用于治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床效果确切,可有效缓解患者心肌缺血症状,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the application effect of TCM therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with myocardial ischemia. Methods A total of 115 coronary heart disease patients with myocardial ischemia were selected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they were divided into control group（ n = 54） and observation group（ n = 61） according to random sampling method. Patients of control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while patients of observation group received TCM therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood. Times and duration of ST- segment depression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results No statistically significant differences of times or duration of ST- segment depression was found between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）; while times of ST- segment depression of observation group was statistically significantly less than that of control group after treatment,duration of ST- segment depression of observation group was statistically significantly shorter than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. No one of the two groups occurred any obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion TCM therapy of reinforcing qi and activat blood has certain clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with myocardial ischemia, can effectively relieve the symptoms of myocardial ischemia,and is safe.
