摘　　要：随着义务教育的巩固和高等教育大众化的推进,大学生的性别结构已经发生了显著变化,女大学生比例明显提高。高等学校应根据性别比的变化做出适当的政策调整和科学的制度安排,设置相关课程和专业,让女性的学业优势迁移到就业和职业生涯中,引导女大学生充分就业。With the consolidation of compulsory education and the popularization of higher education,college students＇ gender structure has changed tremendously with an increasing proportion of female college students. Colleges and universities should make proper adjustments and scientific system arrangements according to the change of sex ratio and set related courses and majors. Female college students should make full use of their academic advantages in their career and realize full employment.
