我国商业银行开展投资银行业务的协同效应研究

摘　　要：在国际银行混业经营的大背景下,我国商业银行的投资银行业务作为其中间业务的重要组成部分,近年来获得了蓬勃发展.为研究商业银行开展投资银行业务对除投行业务之外的其他业务的发展是否存在促进作用,选取沪深股市15家上市银行作为样本,截取2006—2014年财务数据,对样本银行的营业收入进行面板数据回归.回归结果发现投资银行业务收入与扣除投资银行业务收入后的营业收入呈显著线性正相关关系,即投资银行业务规模越大,投行业务以外的其他业务的总营业收入越高,验证了我国商业银行开展投资银行业务对银行整体带来的协同效应.各家银行应重视投资银行业务的发展,以取得更好的经营业绩.As an important part of commercial banks in China,investment banking has experienced huge prosperity over the past decade.In order to find out whether the investment banking business of commercial banks promotes the development of other types of businesses,we select 15 banks in China as the sample and gather the financial data during the period of 2006 to 2014.Based on the data,we do the regression with the whole operating income.The regression results show that other businesses in commercial banks do benefit from the prosperity of investment banking business.Thus,every bank should give emphasis to the investment banking business so that the whole bank can achieve better operating performance.
