摘　　要：介绍了钢管成型打包装置的结构和工作原理,其特点是生产节奏快,打包质量符合用户要求且性价比高。六角形包装件具有造型美观,便于堆垛,不易散捆的特点。本装置在提高效率、降低成本、节能减排、提升品质等方面有很好的技术优势。In the paper,the structure and working principle of forming and packing apparatus for steel pipe are introduced. Its characteristics are those the rhythm of production is fast,packaging quality could meet user requirements and the cost performance is high. The hexagonal package is with such features as attractive appearance,convinient for stacking and difficult to bundle off so that it is with such good technical superiorities as improving the efficiency,reducing the costs,energy conservation and emission reduction as well as improving the quality.
