摘　　要：隔膜泵是用于长距离管道化输送固液两相介质的核心设备,其结构复杂、设备重、工作压力高(19.6 MPa),各部件装配质量要求非常严格,安装难度很大。在安装过程中通过对泵头液力端就位、隔膜室及阀门组装配、减速机的输出轴与泵体动力端输入轴调整联接等几道工序采用先进的施工工艺和特殊的专用工具,保证了隔膜泵的安装质量符合外方标准,满足生产工艺要求。The diaphragm pump is the core equipment for transporting two-phase substance of solid and liquid with long distance channelization. It is with the complex structure,heavy equipment,high working pressure（ 19. 6 MPa） as well as the assembly quality requirements of each part are very strict and the installation is very difficult. The installation quality of diaphragm pump could be guaranteed to meet the foreign standards and requirements of production process with the advanced construction technology and special tools in such working procedures of installation as making the fluid end of pump head in its position,assembly of diaphragm chamber and valves as well as adjusting and connecting the output shaft of reducer and input shaft of motive carry for pump body.
