摘　　要：我国中外合作办学经过三十多年的发展,现已被大众广泛认识,成为广大学子接受高等教育的重要途径,对促进我国教育改革发展、推动教育对外开放起到了积极的作用,与此同时,因中外合作办学存在的各类违规办学、质量参差不齐等现象严重影响了中外合作办学的声誉,阻碍了中外合作办学的发展。文章梳理了我国中外合作办学发展历史沿革,然后在分析中外合作办学发展现状的基础上,试图找到我国中外合作办学发展对策。With the development of more than thirty years,Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is well known as the important way for young people to receive higher education. It plays an active role in promoting the reform and open of our country＇ s education. At the same time,the illegal phenomenon and the uneven quality in Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools affect its reputation and its development. The paper combs the development history of Sino-foreign cooperation,analyzes its present status of development,and tries to find the correct ways of developing the Sino-foreign Cooperation in running schools.
