微波消解电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪法测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中铝的含量

摘　　要：建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法（inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry,ICP-OES）测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中铝的含量。样品经微波消解后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪测定,采用外标法定量。结果表明：以称样量0.5 g、定容体积25 m L,计算方法检出限为0.5 mg/kg,铝的质量浓度与强度在0.01~50.0μg/m L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 5,回收率在92.2%~107.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.43%~2.34%之间。方法线性范围宽、检出限低、精密度好、回收率高、重现性好,能够快速准确地测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中铝含量。An inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry（ICP-OES） method for the determination of aluminum in baby formula was developed. The sample was digested by microwave digestion and analyzed by ICP-OES. Quantitation was performed using an external standard method. The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg for 0.5 g of the sample digested and diluted to 25 mL. Linear relationship between emission intensity and aluminum concentration in the range of 0.01 to 50.0 μg/mL was found with a correlation coeffi cient（r） of 0.999 5. Average recoveries of spiked samples were between 92.2% and 107.0% with relative standard deviations（RSDs） varying from 1.43% to 2.34%. The proposed method permits effi cient and accurate determination of aluminum in baby formula with wide linear range, low detection limit, good precision and high recovery and good repeatability.
