摘  要:以4个甘蓝型油菜核不育系和10个不同来源的恢复系为材料,按照NC法配制40个杂交组合,应用SSR分子标记分析了亲本的遗传多样性,探讨了亲本遗传差异与杂交组合杂种优势表现的关系。相关分析结果显示:亲本间分子遗传距离与杂种后代产量的对照优势呈显著正相关,但与杂种后代产量的超亲优势无显著相关性。聚类分析将14个亲本分为3组,组间配组杂交组合的杂交优势明显强于组内配组杂交组合的。Forty cross combinations of four genic male sterile lines and 10 restorer lines from different origins were obtained according to NC Ⅱ method,the relationship analysis between parental genetic diversity and heterotic performances by using SSR molecular markers. The results showed that the parental molecular genetic distance( PMGD) was highly and positively correlated compared with the control heterosis,but with a small coefficient of determination,there was no significant correlation between PMGD and transgressive heterosis,indicating that PMGD was not necessarily reliable for predicting the heterosis of their hybrids.Three groups were obtained according to cluster analysis on the 14 parents,the heterosis of cross combinations between groups was much stronger than that of in groups,suggesting that the high heterotic patterns could be obtained by crossing in between groups.
