摘  要:通过对黄芩种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的研究,寻找提高黄芩种子及幼苗在盐胁迫下抗性能力的途径。测定了盐胁迫下黄芩种子在不同浓度处理后种子的发芽势、发芽率,并测定了黄芩幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、叶片丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性。结果表明:0.5%盐胁迫下黄芩种子萌发受到显著抑制。外源ALA可促进盐胁迫下黄芩的生长,提高黄芩的发芽势和发芽率,提高叶片叶绿素含量、POD和CAT活性,降低MDA含量。由此可知,外源ALA可增强盐胁迫下黄芩生理特性,对盐胁迫有较好的缓解作用,减轻了盐胁迫对黄芩生长的抑制作用,提高种子及幼苗的抗盐能力。To study the skullcap seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics,looking for ways to improve skullcap seeds and seedlings under salt stress tolerance capabilities. Skullcap seed under salt stress at different concentrations after treatment,seed germination rate,and skullcap chlorophyll content of leaves,malondialdehyde( MDA) content,peroxidase( POD) and catalase enzyme( CAT) activity were measured. The results showed that skullcap seed germination was significantly inhibited under 0.5% salt stress. Exogenous ALA under salt stress could promote the growth of skullcap,improve germination potential and germination rate,increase chlorophyll content and POD and CAT activity,and decrease MDA content. Therefore,Exogenous ALA could enhance skullcap physiological characteristics under salt stress,better to salt stress relief,reduce the inhibitory effect of salt stress on the growth of skullcap,improve salt resistance of seeds and seedlings.
