核基质结合区结合蛋白质1在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的检测胃癌组织中核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 1,SATB-1)与临床病理特征的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测97例胃癌患者和20例癌旁组织中SATB1蛋白的表达,应用Spearman法分析其与临床病例特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中SATB1蛋白表达阳性率为60%,高于癌旁组织10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SATB1蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达率与淋巴结转移,肿瘤浸润深度和临床TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、肿块大小无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 SATB1在胃癌组织中的高表达预示胃癌恶性程度高,临床分期晚,可能存在淋巴结转移,预后不良,因此检测SATB1表达可作为临床筛选胃癌高危转移者、制定治疗方案和判断预后的一个新指标。Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear matrix combining area binding protein 1（ SATB-1） in gastric cancer tissues and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathologic characteristics.Methods The expression of SATB-1 in97 samples of gastric cancer tissue and 20 samples of tissue adjacent to carcinoma were measured by using Envision method of immunohistochemistry.Spearman analysis was used to explore the relationship between the expression and clinicopathologic characteristics. Results The positive rate of SATB1 protein expression in the cancer tissue was 60% that was higher than that of tissue adjacent to carcinoma（ 10%）（ P〈 0. 05）.The positive rate of SATB1 expression in gastric cancer was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis,tumor infiltration depth and clinical TNM stage（ P 〈0. 05）,but not associated with age,gender and tumor size（ P〉 0. 05）.Conclusion The high expression of SATB1 in gastric cancer tissue indicates the high gastric malignant degree and late clinical stage with a potential lymph node metastasis and poor prognosis. Therefore,detection of SATB1 expression can be used as a novel marker for screening the risk of gastric cancer metastasis,making the treatment plan and predicting the prognosis.
