睡眠护理干预对脑卒中患者睡眠颠倒及康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨睡眠护理干预对脑卒中后睡眠颠倒及神经功能康复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中后睡眠颠倒的患者按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各30例,两组均给予康复科常规护理、常规脑血管药物治疗和神经康复治疗,干预组在此基础上给予睡眠护理干预。4周后比较两组患者睡眠质量和康复情况。结果睡眠护理干预后,干预组睡眠效果优于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);Epworth嗜睡量表(Epworth Sleepiness Scale,ESS)总分明显降低且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组偏瘫侧肢体简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,FMA)、改良Barthel指数评定(Modified Barthel index,MBI)总分均较护理前有所改善(P<0.05),且干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论睡眠护理干预能明显改善脑卒中住院患者的睡眠质量,有利于神经功能的康复。Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention on the sleep rhythm inversion and rehabilitation in patients after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with sleep disorder of sleep rhythm inversion after stroke were randomly assigned to intervention group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 30）.The both groups received routine nursing care,routine cerebrovascular drugs and rehabilitation training for 4 weeks while the intervention group was also given the nursing intervention.The sleep quality and rehabilitation effects were assessed before and after the treatment.Results After the intervention,the sleep quality and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were better than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）.The total score of Epworth Sleepiness Scale（ ESS） in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）.The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment（ FMA） and Modified Barthel index（ MBI） were improved after nursing in the both group（ P 〈0. 05） while the intervention group was better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with sleep rhythm inversion after stroke,which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the neurological function.
