城乡产业互动视角下企业区位选址影响因素演变研究

摘　　要：企业区位选址是一个复杂的动态决策过程,以城乡产业互动为研究视角,在归纳传统企业区位选址影响因素基础上,对新形势下企业区位选址影响因素进行创新性探讨,对包括传统影响因子、新形势下影响因子和制度影响因子三个层次的企业区位选址影响因素进行了理论阐释,并采用1990-2013年时间序列数据对阐述部分进行验证,结果显示理论部分阐述的合理性。研究表明:新形势下信息网络技术的发展引起了企业区位影响的变化,在弱化传统区位影响因素的同时也催生了一些新区位因素;城乡产业互动背景下便利的交通通讯、发达的网络环境,会改变企业"实体"约束,在扩散效应的作用下城市企业空间组织在农村会出现"分散的集中",使企业在农村分散化布局成为可能。Enterprise location is a complex and dynamic decision - making process. The paper attempts to carry out a innovative discussion of enterprise location affecting factors in the new situation, from the perspective of rural industrial enterprises transfer to urban industrial enterprises in the interaction between urban and rural industrial enterprises,which based on induction of traditional enterprise location affecting factors, including traditional affecting factors, factors under the new situation and institutional affecting factors. Besides, an empirical test of enterprise lo- cation affecting factors in the interaction between urban and rural industrial enterprises carried out, based on the 1970 to 2013 time series data,the results verified that the theoretical part of the test is reasonable. Studies have shown that development of information network technology in new situation led to the changes in enterprise location factors. What＇ s more, in the process of weakening the traditional enterprise location contributed to a number of new location factors. In addition, convenient transportation and communication, well -developed network environment under the background of interaction between urban and rural industrial enterprises,will change the business ＂entity＂ bound, there will present＂ decentralized concentration＂ in the rural areas under the influence of diffusion effects of spatial organization of urban enterprises, which makes it possible that enterprises decentralized layout will be presented in rural.
