摘  要:为有效地降低传动系统对变速元件的性能要求和提高动力变速传动系统的高效传动效率,在传统液力变矩器的基础上,拟配置行星齿轮机构作为分流式液力机械变速器的变速器件,通过对分流式液力传动系统的结构分析,结合具代表性的速比、效率以及负荷特性的理论分析,研究分流式传动系统基础特性的响应。结果表明,添加行星齿轮系的分流式传动系统的调速范围要比液力变矩器大的多;在液力变矩器工作的高效率速比区域,分流传动的效率始终优于液力变矩器传动;利用分流式传动系统可扩展系统工作区域、分散系统负荷特性、增强系统传递特性。充分验证该类型分流式传动系统开发的必要性。To effectively reduce the performance requirements of the auxiliary transmission device for transmission system and improve the transmission efficiency of the power transmission system efficiency, based on the traditional torque converter, a planetary gear mechanism is configured as transmission component of power-split hydraulic-me- chanic automatic transmission system, and the basic structure of power-split hydraulic-mechanic automatic transmis- sion system is analyzed. Combined with theoretical analyses of speed ratio, efficiency, and load characteristics, the basic characteristics response of power-split hydraulic-mechanic automatic transmission system is investigated. The results show in the region of high efficiency ratio for torque converter operation, power-split transmission efficiency is always better than that of torque converter transmission. The power-split hydraulic-mechanic automatic transmis- sion system is used to expand working area, decentralize system load characteristics, and enhance system transfer characteristics. This fully verifies the necessity of developing this type of power-split transmission system.
