摘  要:为提高腈纶织物的阻燃性能,采用氰基水解酶对腈纶织物进行预处理,再用硼酸锌对腈纶织物进行阻燃整理。通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TG)、Zeta电位测试、增重率测试及限氧指数(LOI值)分析,研究了氰基水解酶/硼酸锌整理后腈纶织物性能的变化。结果表明:酶处理在腈纶织物的纤维表面引入羧基,能促进硼酸锌在腈纶上的吸附与结合,从而进一步提高腈纶织物的阻燃性能。与单独阻燃剂整理的腈纶织物相比,酶预处理后再阻燃整理的织物其增重率提高了4.9%,极限氧指数提高了10.3%,腈纶织物的极限氧指数能达到27.8%。In order to improve its flame retardant properties,acrylic fabric was pretreated with nitrilase,followed by finishing with zinc borate flame retardant. The enhancement of acrylic fabric property was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),thermogravimetric analysis( TG),Zeta potential measurement,weight gain rate and limiting oxygen index( LOI). The results showed that carboxyl groups were introduced after enzymatic pretreatment,which efficiently improved the adsorption and combination of zinc borate on acrylic fibers. So the flame retardant property of acrylic fabric further improved. The weight gain rate and LOI value of nitrilase / zinc borate treated sample increased 4. 9% and 10. 3%,respectively,compared with zinc borate treated sample. The limiting oxygen index of the treated sample increased to 27. 8%.
