电子烟烟液pH与游离烟碱含量的关系研究

摘　　要：建立电子烟烟液pH测定方法,同时采用GC-FID测定了电子烟烟液总烟碱、游离烟碱含量。对比了总烟碱测定值与盒标值的差异。分析了39种电子烟烟液pH值、游离烟碱和总烟碱之间的关系。结果表明:(1)不同品牌电子烟烟液pH值差异明显。(2)电子烟中游离烟碱与总烟碱的比值会随pH增加而增加,且相关性显著。(3)建立了一种可以快速、准确预测游离烟碱含量的模型。The measurement method of e-cigarette liquid（ e-liquid） pH value was established.The contents of total nicotine and free nicotine in e-liquid were determined by GC equipped with FID.Furthermore the total nicotine testing result was compared to labeling content.Finally,the contents of free nicotine and total nicotine as well as e-liquid pH value of 39 e-cigarettes were determined and the correlative analysis was conducted.The results indicated that（ 1） the pH of e-liquids were obvious different,（ 2） the correlation between ratio of free nicotine to total nicotine and the pH value of e-liquids were significantly positive linear.A rapid,accurate prediction model of the free nicotine content of e-cigarettes was also established.
