集束化干预对老年心脏术后患者围拔管期心血管反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化干预对老年心脏术后患者围拔管期心血管反应的影响。方法将实施集束化干预前的患者设为对照组,实施后的患者设为实验组,比较两组患者围拔管期心率、血压、机械通气时间、监护时间的不同。结果实验组与对照组之间在心率、收缩压、舒张压、机械通气时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在监护时间方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论集束化干预可以降低老年心脏术后患者围拔管期的心血管反应,降低机械通气时间,但未能降低监护时间。Objective To explore influence of bundle care on cardiovascular responses of old cardiac surgery patients in tracheal extubation period.Methods Patients before the intervention were divided into control group,patients after the intervention were divided into experimental group,heart rate,blood pressure,duration of mechanical ventilation and monitoring time of which were compared between the two groups.Results There had a significant difference in heart rate,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,duration of mechanical ventilation between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）,but has no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cardiovascular responses of old cardiac surgery patients was reduced and duration of mechanical ventilation was reduced by bundle care,but monitoring time of which was not reduced.
