摘　　要：宪法在普通的法律适用中通过"依宪释法"的方式得以实施,是法律适用的应有之义、宪法至上的内在要求。这种法律适用中的宪法实施,与我国现行体制并不相悖,具有合法性,而且在实践中已有相关探索,在当下中国完全具有可行性。当务之急是积极主动地走进"依宪释法"这扇宪法实施之门,在广泛的法律适用实践中全面适用宪法,把全面贯彻实施宪法提高到一个新水平。Implementation of the Constitution by＂interpret law according to the constitution＂in the application of law is the inherent requirement of the application of law and the supremacy of constitution. It does not contradict to our current system,have legitimacy,and in practice has been related to exploration,complete with feasibility in present china. A pressing matter of the moment is to walk through the door,to apply constitution in the application of law across- the- board,and to improve the implementation of constitution to a new level.
