摘 要:切梢小蠹属各种之前形态差异很小,种类鉴定困难.采用线粒体DNA细胞色素c氧化酶亚单位I(COI基因)部分序列,对5种切梢小蠹进行PCR扩增和测序.研究分析发现:华山松切梢小蠹与其他4种切梢小蠹存在明显的遗传分化,再次证明华山松切梢小蠹是1个新种;云南切梢小蠹与华山松切梢小蠹在各种分析数据结果都显示出很小的差异,但二者的寄主完全不同,这暗示着二者最初可能起源于同1个祖先,产生分化的原因可能是寄主的差异所致.通过探索5种切梢小蠹之间的关系,为其防控提供科学数据.The morphological differences between Tomicus species are so small that they cannot be accurately identified. This research uses the partial sequence of the mitochondrial DNA cytochrome c oxidase sub - unit I (COI gene) to analyze the PCR amplification and sequencing of the five Tomicus species. It concludes that there are obviously genetic differentiation between Tomicus armandii and the others, and Tomicus armandii is definitely a newspecies. It also proves that there is a little difference between Tomicus yunnanensis and Tomicus armandii based on a variety of analytical results, but the hosts are completely different. This implies that the two may initially originate from the same ancestor, and the causes of their differentiation are related to the difference of the hosts. This research can provide some scientific data for their prevention and control.
