摘  要:在中沙(天津)石化有限公司450 kt/a Spherizone工艺聚丙烯装置上,用DQC-700/ZN118混合催化剂替代ZN118催化剂,以二环戊基二甲氧基硅烷为外给电子体,生产牌号为EP200K的抗冲聚丙烯。通过考察装置的运行情况、聚合物细粉含量及聚合物性能,考核了DQC-700催化剂在该装置上的适用性。运行结果表明,在装置负荷不变的情况下,切换DQC-700/ZN118混合催化剂后,装置运行平稳,催化剂的消耗量减少了1.15%。DQC-700催化剂具有较高的聚合活性,尤其具有较高的后期气相共聚反应活性,有利于高抗冲聚丙烯的生产。所得聚合物的细粉含量明显降低,且粒径分布更集中,有利于装置的长周期运转。树脂的乙烯含量明显提高,拉伸强度有所提高。In a 450 kt/a Spherizone process for polypropylene production in SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Company Limited.,an impa ct-resistance copolymer EP200 K was produced by using mixed DQC-700/ZN118 catalyst replacing the ZN118 catalyst with dicyclopentyl dimethoxy silane as external electron donor. The applicability of the DQC-700 catalyst in the process was evaluated by investigating the operation situation,fi ne powder content in the copolymer and properties of the copolymer. The results showed that,the plant ran stably,the catalyst consumption reduced by 1.15% after the mixed catalyst feeding,and the polymerization activity of the DQC-700 catalyst was higher,especially propylene-ethylene copolymerization activity in the gas reactor,which was benefi cial to the production of high impact-resistance polypropylene. Polymer with less fi ne powder content and narrower particle size distribution could be produced by using the mixed catalyst,which was benefi cial to long running. Ethylene content in the copolymer increased markedly and its tensile strength was enhanced.
