摘  要:综述了撞击流技术在化学工程领域的研究与应用进展,根据撞击流过程强化技术的阶段性研究成果将其发展历程划分为3个阶段;阐述了国内外关于撞击流过程强化技术传质机理的最新研究进展,指出了数值模拟方法研究撞击流技术的可行性以及气-液两相和多相撞击流数值模拟方向。分析了撞击流技术在脱硫脱硝、燃烧、粉体制备、干燥、结晶、水合物快速生成等化工领域设备的应用现状,通过介绍撞击流强化技术耦合超重力、超临界和超高压等过程强化技术开发的具体设备,以期能为撞击流耦合多种过程强化技术的进一步开发与应用提供参考。Progresses in the research and application of impinging stream technology in chemical engineering fi eld were reviewed. The development of the impinging stream technology was divided into three stages accordi ng to its signifi cant achievemen t. The latest research progresses in the mass transfer mechanism of the impinging streams at home and abroad were expounded. It was pointed out that the numerical simulation method was feasible for the study on the impinging streams,although the study on the numerical simulation of gas-liquid two phases and m ultiphase was a blank. The applications of the impinging stream technology in the fi elds of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrifi cation,combustion,ultrafine powder preparation,drying,crystallization and hydrate formation were discussed. The impinging stream technologies that coupled with other process intensification technologies such as high gravity,supercritical technology and ultra high pressure technology were introduced.
