高效除雾器在水碱洗粗氯乙烯气体中的应用

摘　　要：通过使用高效除雾器代替水碱洗装置中的水洗塔,一方面使进入碱洗塔的原料气达到进塔标准,降低了碱的消耗量,保证了碱洗系统的正常运行,极大的减少了用水量;另一方面高效除雾器底部收集的盐酸排至组合塔酸罐,减少了盐酸深解吸装置,节约了成本、降低了能耗、减少了设备的腐蚀。Through the use of efficient demister device instead of water caustic washing tower,on the one hand into the caustic tower feed gas into the tower to reach the standard,reducing the consumption of the base to ensure the normal operation of the caustic system,greatly reduce water consumption;on the other hand efficient demister bottom row to collect a combination of hydrochloric acid tank tower,reducing the hydrochloric acid deep desorption apparatus cost savings,reduced energy consumption,reducing the corrosion of equipment.
