摘 要:针对无线射频通信自动调谐系统中阻抗匹配网络传统迭代算法模型复杂、匹配速度慢的缺点,提出了一种基于Smith圆图和电路原理的解析法,理论推导及定量分析了低通П型可调匹配网络匹配过程对网络元件参数的具体影响。首先调谐系统对电压进行采样得到天线阻抗,判断该阻抗范围,选择对应公式获得该网络元件的参数值,然后通过控制部分实现天线阻抗和源阻抗的匹配。实验结果表明提出的解析法能在593μs内对频率为0.9 GHz、负载为200+j140Ω的自动调谐系统阻抗匹配网络进行有效的匹配,而QPSO则需32 ms。与传统算法相比,该方法无需构建复杂的迭代算法模型,具有简单、运行时间短等优点。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional iteration algorithms for the impedance matching network of auto-tuning system in the wireless radio frequency communication are model complex and matching speed slow,a kind of analytical algorithm based on Smith chart and circuit principle was proposed in this paper,in which the specific effects of network element parameters in matching process of low-pass П tunable matching network were deduced in theory and quantitatively analyzed. First,the tuning system got the impedance of antenna by sampling voltage,judged the range of this impedance,and selected the corresponding formula to obtain the parameter value of the network elements. Then,the antenna impedance and source impedance matching was realized by controlling. The experimental results indicate that the analytical algorithm introduced in this paper can effectively match the impedance matching network of auto-tuning system in 593 μs when the frequency is 0. 9 GHz and the load is 200 +j140 Ω,but it needs 32 ms for QPSO. Comparing with the traditional algorithm,this method has the advantages of simple and less time without complicated iterative algorithm model.
