摘  要:为研究NaCl胁迫下转Bt基因棉花和非转Bt基因棉花的生理反应差异,采用盆栽条件下不同浓度NaCl溶液浇灌处理,测定叶片细胞含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量和Bt毒素蛋白含量。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下转Bt基因棉花和非转Bt基因棉花叶片细胞含水量比无胁迫明显降低,丙二醛含量明显升高,游离脯氨酸含量大幅增加,这些生理变化在转Bt基因棉花和非转Bt基因棉花之间没有显著差异,说明转入Bt基因对棉花的生长发育不会造成显著影响;在0.4%NaCl胁迫下,转Bt基因棉花Bt毒素蛋白含量出现了显著下降,说明在NaCl胁迫下转Bt基因棉花的抗虫性下降。To seek whether there was any difference on physiological reactions between transgenic Bt cotton and non-transgenic Bt cotton under the stressing of NaCl, the cell water content, malondialdehyde(MDA), free proline(Pro)and Bt toxin protein of leaf cells were measured on the condition of potted cotton irrigated with different concentrations of NaCl. The results showed that the cell water content decreased significantly under NaCl stress in cotton leaf cells, malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased significantly, proline(Pro)content increased significantly, and there was no significant difference in transgenic Bt cotton and non transgenic Bt cotton. It indicated that transferred Bt gene on cotton didn't affect the growth and development of cotton. The Bt toxin protein content of transgenic Bt cotton appeared significantly decreased. It indicated that the resistance of cotton bollworm decreased under NaCl stressing.
