摘 要:植物的光合作用受很多外部或内部因素的影响。通过相关性分析以及通径系数分析方法,就不同的环境因子(温度(Tm)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶片气孔导度(Cleaf)、胞间CO_2浓度(CO_2int)和蒸腾速率(Tr))对籽粒苋净光合速率的影响进行了分析。相关分析结果表明,5个因素与籽粒苋净光合速率的相关关系为:温度、光合有效辐射、蒸腾速率与籽粒苋净光合速率呈显著的正相关,叶片气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度与籽粒苋净光合速率呈显著的负相关,各因素之间也存在相关性。通径分析结果表明,在一定范围内,5个因素对净光合速率的相对重要性依次为:PAR>Tr>Cleaf>Tm>CO_2int。通过相关分析和通径分析,了解各个因素直接或间接对籽粒苋净光合速率的影响大小,为提高籽粒苋光合效率提供依据。The photosynthesis of plants is influenced by many external and internal factors. Using the method of correlation analysis and path coefficient analysis, the influence of different environmental factors(temperature, photosynthetic active radiation, stomatal guide, intercellular CO_2 concentration and transpiration rate)on the grain amaranth net photosynthetic rate was analyzed. Correlation analysis showed that correlation between the net photosynthetic rate of grain amaranth and 5 factors: temperature(Tm), photosynthetic active radiation(PAR), transpiration rate(Tr)and grain amaranth net photosynthetic rate(Pn)showed significant positive correlation,the leaf stomatal conductance(Cleaf), intercellular CO_2 concentration(CO_2int)and grain amaranth net photosynthetic rate(Pn)showed a significant negative correlation, and there was also a correlation between the factors. Path analysis showed that five factors within a certain range, the relative importance of net photosynthetic rate was as follows: PAR〉Tr〉Cleaf〉Tm〉CO_2int. Through correlation analysis and path analysis to understand the factors directly or indirectly to the size of the influence of grain amaranth net photosynthetic rate, it provides a basis for improving the photosynthetic efficiency of grain amaranth.
