山西煤炭开采对生态环境的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：山西省煤炭开采在促进山西经济快速发展的同时,也给山西生态环境造成了巨大的破坏和损失。重点对山西近10 a因煤炭开发而造成的生态环境污染和破坏进行了分析,并以2014年为例进行了经济核算,提出了一些建立生态补偿机制的建议,以期恢复山西生态环境,促进人与自然的和谐发展。Coal mining promoted the development of economy fast, but it also caused ecological environment great damage and loss in Shanxi province. This paper mainly analyzed ecological environment pollution and destruction due to coal exploitation of for nearly a decade in Shanxi, and took the year of 2014 as example to do the economic calculation, put forward some advices on establishing ecological compensation mechanism to restore the ecological environment in Shanxi and promote the harmonious development of man with nature.
