摘 要:该文主要讨论卫星相干光通信中光接收前端的平衡接收支路上功率和传输时间失配对相干接收性能的影响,并通过参数优化进行改善。与数据接收支路具有的大接收带宽不同,光锁相环路的低通窄带特性,使其仅受功率失配的影响。通过优化激光器线宽、锁相环路的带宽和本振功率将灵敏度恶化最小化。为使失配带来的附加灵敏度下降小于5.5 d B,即保证接收机具有优于?40 d Bm的接收灵敏度,此时设计的接收前端的功率失配小于0.5 d B,传输时间失配小于3 ps,为高灵敏度接收前端的设计和链路裕量计算提供参考。The influence coming from imbalance of optical front-end(OFE) on the satellites coherent receivers is discussed and the compensation method is considered. Different from data recovering branch which has wide bandwidth, the optical phase-locked loops(OPLLs) with narrow bandwidth and low-pass characteristics are only influenced by power imbalance. By optimizing laser linewidth, the OPLL bandwidth, local oscillation(LO) power, and deterioration can be minimized. In order to make the loss is less than 5.5 d B, or the sensitivity of receivers is better than ?40 d Bm, the power imbalance must be less than 0.5 d B, the time imbalance no more than 3 ps. The presented results could be a beneficial reference for high-sensitivity coherent receivers.
