政治传播内容中政治信息与政治话语的区分及其意义

摘　　要：作为一种特殊传播活动的政治传播,既传播政治信息也传播政治话语,更多的时候在传播政治话语。政治信息是关于政治活动、过程和结果的具有较强客观性的事实内容;政治话语是政治活动、过程和结果具有强烈主观意图和目的的意识形态内容,是服务于政治权力关系的意义和目的的直接表达。政治话语不仅是一种表达政治信息的"中介",同时也是与政治信息并列的政治传播的内容。把政治传播内容中的政治话语和政治信息区别开来,有助于把握政治传播不同于一般传播的特质,更有利于实践层面政治传播的规范操作。As a special communication activity, political communication not only spreads politi- cal information but also diffuses more political discourse. Political information is the objective con- tent of political activities, processes and outcomes, while political discourse is more ideological with subjective intention and purposes that directly serves and expresses the connotations of relations of political power. Works as the ＂intermedia＂ to express political information, political discourse is also the content of political communication which runs parallel to political information. Distinguishing the differences between political discourse and political information will separate political communication from other general forms of communications and lay a great foundation for operating it in practice.
