摘　　要：针对现今高校就业的严峻压力和学生在校的专业学习,以《塑料助剂与配方设计》课程改革为例,提出以导入项目教学为主,积极引导学生在校结合课堂教学内容,参与课外实践活动,参与校企合作项目和兼职工作,提升学生就业能力。Based on the pressure of employment and professional teaching in university, plastics addition agent and formula design course reform propose some methods in this paper. It suggested that project teaching is a good method to resolve the problem; moreover, it can promote the students＇capability of finding employment that students actively participate in the extracurricular practice activity and collaborative projects of cooperation between school and enterprise.
