摘  要:伊利石是一种典型的片层结构的矿物,采用水合肼溶液浸泡,制备出伊利石/水合肼插层复合物,再经超声波作用,使插层伊利石的片层间进一步松解,然后通过机械研磨,使伊利石片层相互剥离,制得具有一维结构的纳米材料。粒度和SEM分析表明,其晶片直径均小于1μm,厚度一般在10~50 nm,达到了一维纳米材料的技术要求。经增强聚合物试验,纳米伊利石对PP具有明显的增强效果。Illite is a typical lamellar structure mineral. The paper prepared iliite / hydrazine hydrate composite in hydrazine hydrate aqueous solution. Through the action of ultrasonic wave, the interlamellar space of intercalated illite increased. Then the mechanical grinding was used to make layers separate, which could be applied for obtaining one-dimensional structure of nanomaterials. The analysis of size and SEM indicated that the diameter of crystals layered was less than 1μm and its thickness was generally between 10 ~ 50 nm, which totally reached the technical requirements of one-dimensional nanomaterials. Through the experiments of reinforcing polymer, it was found that the nanometer illite had a obvious reinforcement for PP.
