经济新常态下科技服务业与现代产业联动模式创新研究

摘　　要：经济发展新常态下,现代产业结构升级、创新驱动发展已成为我国的战略要求,而科技服务业是加快现代产业转型升级、促进其高级化进程的重要组成部分,科技服务业与现代产业联动发展是"软化经济"、产业融合趋势下的必然选择与社会发展的客观需求。通过深度挖掘当前我国科技服务业与现代产业之间的相互作用机制,结合当前发展态势,构建了科技服务业与现代产业联动发展的新模式,即以市场导向、双轮驱动、价值创造、动态柔性、二元创新、闭环循环为核心要素,促进两者关系重构、网络扩张和产业深度融合,最终推动科技服务业与现代产业的共同发展。Economic development under the new normal,modern industrial upgrading,innovation-driven has become one of the most important strategic development requirements.And technology service is one of the most important parts to accelerate industrial upgrading and to promote the modernization construction.Therefore,based on the background of ＂softening economic＂,combine with the trend of Industrial convergence,the linkage development between technology service industry and modern industry is the inevitable choice as well as the objective requirement of nature social development.Through deep excavate interaction mechanism between technology service and modern industry currently,this paper construct the linkage development innovative model between modern industry and technology services,which take the marketoriented,flexible,dynamic,value-creation,dual-wheel driven,closed loop recycling as the core essential factors to promote the relationship reconstruction,network expansion,industry depth fusion,then to advance spiral rising and achieve the complex benefits of technology service and modern industry.In a word,the new linkage mode is relative creatively.
