摘　　要：以创新驱动为研究基点,探索了创新驱动与制造业发展的作用机理,强调无论是美国等发达国家的制造业重振还是中国等发展中国家的制造业转型,创新驱动对于制造业竞争优势的提升都具有重要作用。美国"再工业化"创新驱动路径是技术创新与制度创新互动互促的过程,导致中美制造业竞争日益加剧,竞争关系主要体现在两国制造业重点领域战略发展目标重叠与国际资源的争夺上。当前中国制造业技术创新贡献度偏低,创新驱动转型是必由之路,但美国"再工业化"为我国制造业转型制造了种种障碍,亟待突破。为此,中国也应从技术创新与制度创新的互动中寻求启示,以明确中国制造业"创新驱动"转型的着力方向。This article is on the basis of innovation drive research,trying to explore the mechanism between innovation drive and manufacturing industry development,emphasize innovation drive＇s general effect on the promotion of manufacturing advantage,no matter for the manufacturing reviving of the United States and other developed countries,or the manufacturing transformation of China and other developing countries.America＇s reindustrialization path is the interact and mutual promotion between technical innovation and institutional innovation,the comprehensively promote results in the increasing manufacturing competition between China and America.The competitive relation is embodied in the strategic development goals＇ overlap of the two countries＇ manufacturing major fields and the contention of international resources.The contribution of technical innovation to our manufacturing is on the low side,it is the road we must get through to realize innovation drive transformation.However,the obstacle of our manufacturing transformation induced by America＇s reindustrialization is urgent to be broken.For this purpose,we should also seek of enlightenment from the interact between technical innovation and institutional innovation,in order to clear the direction of our manufacturing＇s innovation drive transformation.
