摘 要:为了明确黄瓜根结内生真菌对根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的防效,采用菌株发酵液对根结线虫进行离体活性和盆栽防效测定,结果表明,菌株经形态和18S r DNA鉴定为Plectosphaerella sp.,其发酵液对根结线虫处理48 h的致死活性为93.73%;盆栽试验表明,Plectosphaerella sp.对根结线虫的防效为56.1%。发酵液处理的黄瓜根系卵块数量少于对照,土壤中根结线虫2龄幼虫数量也少于对照。总体来看,Plectosphaerella sp.对根结线虫具有较高的生防活性,能为黄瓜根结线虫生物防治奠定基础。To assess bioncontrol activity against root knot nematode by an endophytic fungus isolated from cucumber root galls,the biocontrol potential of the fungus was analyzed through in vitro test and pot experiment. The fungus was identified as Plectosphaerella sp. according to morphological characteristics and 18 S r DNA sequences. The fungal fermentation broth killed 93.73% of root knot nematode for 48 h. The control efficiency of Plectosphaerella sp. revealed by pot experiment was56.1%. The number of egg mass on cucumber root and population of root knot nematode in soil treated by fungus were higher than that by control. In a conclusion,the fungus possessed high biocontrol activity against root knot nematode.
