摘 要:半喂入式联合收割机以其作业效率高、水田通用性好等优点获得了广泛应用,为了提高脱粒质量,脱粒筒的转速越来越高,增大了脱粒筒失效的可能性。首先建立了脱粒筒的参数化模型,并将模型导入ANSYS Workbench中进行静力学分析和预应力模态分析,分析脱粒筒的动力特性。通过静力学分析,确定了脱粒筒工作时的最大应力为14.8 MPa,远小于材料的屈服强度215 MPa,其最大变形量为0.008 9 mm;通过预应力模态分析,确定了脱粒筒前八阶模态的振频和振型,脱粒筒的干扰频率15.29 Hz远小于第一阶模态的振频48.042 Hz;通过分析,验证了脱粒筒工作时的安全性,同时也为脱粒筒的优化设计提供了理论依据。The semi feeding combine harvester has been used widely with high efficiency and general good paddy field universality, in order to improve the threshing quality, the threshing cylinder speed increased highly,so the failure probability of threshing cylinder increased. The parameterized model of threshing cylinder was established,and the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench for static stress analysis and prestressed modal analysis to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the threshing cylinder. Through the static analysis,the maximum stress was 14.8 MPa when the threshing cylinder worked, which was far less than the yield strength of material 215 MPa, the maximum deformation was 0.008 9 mm. Through the prestressed modal analysis,the vibration frequency and vibration type of the first eight order modal were determined,interference frequency of the threshing cylinder of 15.29 Hz was far less than the first order modal frequency 48.042 Hz. Through the analysis,the safety of the threshing drum at work was verified, which could provide a theoretical basis for optimal design of the threshing cylinder.
