摘　　要：通过分析我国药品市场定价的原因,探究当前背景下政府精准监管药品价格的理论与方法。依据梯若尔的新规制理论,运用规制经济学理论对我国药品市场价格行为与政府行为进行监管。最后,设计激励相容机制用于企业价格行为规制,以监管企业价格行为、减少合谋行为。From analyzing the reason for China＇s drug market pricing, this paper studies the theory and method of precise supervision on drug price by government in the current context. According to the Tirole＇s new regulation theory, the drug market price behavior and governmental behavior are supervised by using regulation economics theory. At last, this article designs the incentive compatible mechanism for the regulation of enterprise price behavior, which supervises the enterprise price behavior, and reduces conspiracy behavior.
