摘 要:以中国樱桃(Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl.)组培苗为试验材料,采用新型照明光源—T5(28 W蓝光和红光)处理,日光灯为对照,对中国樱桃叶片再生的形态指标、叶绿素含量、POD活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量进行测定,分析新型照明光源(蓝光、红光、蓝光∶红光=1∶2)对中国樱桃叶片再生各项指标的影响。结果表明,新型照明光源处理的组培苗各项形态指标与日光灯光照处理具有明显差异,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量、可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照组。POD活性、MDA含量与日光灯光照处理差别不大。新型照明光源对中国樱桃叶片再生具有一定的有利影响,值得推广应用。Using Chinese cherry(Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl.) tissue culture seedlings as experimental material, a new type of lighting source T5(28 W blue and red) treatment with the fluorescent lamp as control was used to deal with Chinese cherry, the leaf shape index, chlorophy II content, POD activity, MDA content, soluble protein content of regeneration in vitro of Chinese cherry were determined, to analyze the effect of new lighting source(blue, red, blue ∶red =1 ∶2) on the regeneration indexes of Chinese cherry leaf. The results showed that, the seedlings morphological indicators under new lighting source treatment was significantly different from fluorescent light treatment, the chlorophy II a, chlorophy II b, total chlorophy II, carotenoid content, and soluble protein content were all higher than those of control group, and the difference of POD activity and MDA content was not significant comparing with fluorescent light treatment. The new lighting source have certain beneficial effects on regeneration of Chinese cherry, it was worthy of popularization and application.
