摘　　要：当前,沿海农业已进入现代高效规模农业发展阶段。对这一进程中沿海农业科技研发机制的发展现状分析结果表明,其存在农业科技研发成果转化率低、基层农技推广体系改革与建设滞后、农业科研投资长期不足等问题。为此提出了因地制宜选择农业科技研发及推广体系、加快现有农技推广体制改革步伐、创新现有农业科技投入体制等对策及建议,以期为完善和健全沿海农业科技研发机制,切实推进现代高效规模农业发展提供参考。Currently, coastal agriculture has entered the stage of development of modern and efficient scale agriculture. The paper studies the status of the development in the coastal agricultural science and technology research and development mechanism, summary of the problem such as agricultural science and technology R ＆ D results into low, grassroots agricultural extension system reform and construction lag, lack of long-term investment in agricultural research; propose the solution just like select the agricultural science and technology research and development of local conditions and promotion system, accelerate the pace of innovation in existing agricultural extension system reform. In order to improve and perfect the mechanism of coastal agricultural science and technology research and development, and provide reference and help to promote the development of modern and efficient scale agriculture.
