摘 要:从自然、经济、空间布局、生态4个角度构建了村镇建设用地综合适宜性评价指标体系,尝试将物元模型运用到村镇建设用地适宜性评价中,以湖北省大冶市为例进行实证论证,在评价结果的基础上采用spearman秩相关分析其与区域综合发展状态间的耦合关系。结果表明,大冶市建设用地现状存在差异性,高适宜、中适宜、低适宜、不适宜比例分别为:31%、25%、13%、6%、25%,评价结果与大冶市城镇化水平、农村现代化水平呈极显著正相关,与村镇发展水平、工业现代化水平呈较相关,基本符合大冶市建设用地利用特征。相比传统的加权求和方法,物元模型可以更详尽地描述单指标的分异性,在村镇建设用地适宜性评价上具备精确、客观等优势,将有效提升村镇空间评价的准确性,为村镇建设用地集约节约利用与规划提供科学依据。Indicator system of constructive land suitability evaluation was constructed in village and town from four areas including natural,economic,spatial layout,ecological,and aplied for suitability evaluation of constructive land in village and town by the matter-element model.Taking Daye city as exemple,the coupling between the results and the states of region comprehensive development would be researched by using spearman rank correlation analysis based on the basis of the evaluation results.There were differences in the status quo of construction land of Daye city,the rates of the area whose suitability were highest,higher,middle,low and least were respectively:31%,25%,13%,6%,25%.The evaluation results were consistent with the actual situation of Daye city.Compared to traditional methods,matter-element model had its apecial advantages and made the evaluation more accurate and objective, which would helpfully improve the scientific evaluation of village space,and would be beneficial to utilizing construction land intensively and economically in village and town.
