耳穴贴压对混合痔术后疼痛及排尿功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察行外切内扎术混合痔患者行耳穴贴压法,缓解疼痛及促进排尿功能的效果。方法:选取唐山市中医医院收住院诊断为"混合痔"且行外切内扎术的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用耳穴贴压,取穴肛门、大肠、直肠下端、神门、交感、内分泌,对照组给予肛肠科术后一般护理。结果:观察组术后当日、术后3日和术后7日疼痛强度均显著低于对照组,首次排尿时间观察组显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:混合痔术后患者应用耳穴贴压止痛效果显著,并对排尿功能有一定的促进作用,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the effects of relieving pains and promoting urination function by ap- plying auricular-plaster therapy to 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoid after having MiUigan Morgan. Method_s： Selected 100 inpatients of our hospital with mixed hemorrhoid and having Milligan Morgan, and randomly divided them into observation group and control group. In the observation group, patients received auricular-plaster therapy applied to the acupoints of anus, large intestine, lower rectum, Shenmen, sympathia and endocrine. While in the control group, patients received general postoperative nursing of anorectal department only. Re- suits： For the observation group, the pain severity on the operation day, within three days and seven days after operation were apparently lower than those of the control group. The first average urinating time was earlier than that of the control group. The results have statistical significance （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The auricular-plaster therapy has obvious postoperative analgesic effect on patients with mixed hemorrhoid and the therapy promotes urinary function. Thus, it is worth clinical expansion.
